How your details are used
  • Your name, email address and optional note are used only to review this request and, if it is approved, to email you a single-use link to set up your profile.
  • Only the site administrator can see them. Nothing is shared or published, and no account is created unless you use the activation link.
  • Undecided requests are removed after 30 days. Your details are removed as soon as a request is declined or your profile is activated, and the remaining record is deleted after 90 days.
